This contest is a bit different, a track was written together with an audience at an event in New York. The stems have been put up for you to play with which can be downloaded from here.

Every week, they will choose a remix that will be posted on their blog, facebook, myspace player.

One winner will have his/her finished track appear on the new Philadelphia Slick mixtape launching this fall -- available through full digital distribution and purchase at philadelphiaslick.com, as well as future opportunities to collaborate with the band. Runners up will be posted online also, at philadelphiaslick.com and other music sites.

You'll retain rights to the instrumental version of the track and a portion of writer/composing rights to the full remixed track. This means if they license the track for use in anything, you'll receive credit/money as if the song were a collaboration.

The top 3 remixes with the most votes will be given to the Scissor Sisters (Band) to choose their favourite. Once the band have chosen their favourite remix this remix will be pressed up as 10 white label vinyl’s and signed by the band. The winner will receive 5 of these vinyl’s. The remaining 5 will be used by Polydor for promotional purposes.

You have to use the online mixing software provided by the contest. It only allows you to use it at night but this can be solved by changing the time on your computer to after 7pm.
