Firstly, Welcome to Remix Comps. The site for those of you that love remixing.

Remix Contest Tracking
Here's how our site works: We find a remix contest or you submit it to us. If we think that you will be interested in the contest we list it and include the important information. You can then sort through all of our listings in the various pages we provide such as Closing Soon or by the genre of the original version and more.

If you sign up for an account, you can rate each contest which will put it at the top of our Top Rated section. You can comment and mark each contest as entered so it appears in your profile. You can watch and/or subscribe to each contest allowing you to keep an eye on them as you'll be reminded in our sidebar or by email, twitter or PM to get your entries in and also when the winners are announced. You can also hide contests meaning you'll never see them again throughout the whole site.

Once a remix contest ends it moves to the Just Ended section. Old contests can also be found using the search function at the top. If we notice that the winners have been announced it will then also jump into the Winners section.

Our system makes the process of tracking remix contests easy and quick and with the additions of our RSS Feed, Twitter Account and our Email Subscription you will always know about the latest remix contests on the internet.

Sometimes we miss a contest and if you do notice one or maybe even running one yourself just Submit it and we will add it usually within 12 hours. We list more remix contests than any other site and we list them nearly always first.

We also offer our Remix Contest Creator tool FREE to any musician or band that wants to run their own remix contest with some sort of prize. We understand that it can be tricky getting a great remix contest up and running as there is a few things to think about such as how you're going to host the files, accept entries and most importantly find remixers.

We have the tools set up to make this easy, giving you the ability to get a remix contest running on Remix Comps yet still allowing you full control over your contest. We can also offer some great extras such as free banner promotion on our site for your contest and help with judging.
