Chosen remixes will be released on Motion Beat to be released in major online stores, including on Beatport exclusively for 2 weeks. Winning remixers get a 25% royalty from the remix and corresponding % from the whole release sales (depending of the final number of tracks in the release) and included in Motion Beat's promo pool.
Rules:
A preview of your remix of no longer than 3 minutes can can be uploaded to SoundCloud, YouTube and other sites in streaming format only and should not be distributed for download. Open worldwide to entrants who are aged 13 or older. Entrants who are under the age of majority in their country should get parent(s) or guardian(s) permission before entering. Musicians under an exclusive contract with a record label are ineligible.
Remix Parts and Submission Method:
The MIDI file can be downloaded from here. Upload the full version of the remix as private track to SoundCloud and send the link to [email protected]. If you want to you can also upload a preview of no longer than 3 minutes to SoundCloud and place your remix in the entries below by creating an account/logging in and submitting your remix to the entries list.
