Rules:
The rules say that the rules apply to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, we are not sure if that means that only US residents can enter though. The winner must be at least 18 years old as of February 8, 2012. One entry per person. Submission materials are and shall upon submission become the property of sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
