not bad! :)
Thanks..
Funky bass, good little groover
You are so kindly aksing for comments, so I think you deserve an answer. I hope you are not dissapointed though, just writing what I´m thinking here:
Interesting ideas. I digg that whining synth in the beginning and the clicks.
But you´ve gotta be more careful with the effects. Nowadays ppl are used to those dry Electro-Tracks. I think there´s too much reverb and delay in your production, it would sound more up to date with less effects.
The arrangement lacks imho structure: I can´t figure out where the intro, the break, the hook and the outro are. Also it could develop a better flow.
Each new part should be introduced with a transition. Like effects, crashes, cuttoff-filters and so on. In your arrangement things just appear and disappear...
Think of the arrangement as an instrument to present your ideas. Even the best idea won´t be heared, if the arrangement isn´t up to modern standards.
Best way to learn this:
Put your favorite track in your sequencer, sync the bpm and try to reproduce it 1:1. That´s hard work, and no fun. But once you did that, you´ll begin to develop an understanding for modern Dancetrack-Arrangements and you´ll be capable to put your ideas in a good arrangement of your own.
kind regards
Magnus
