The grand prize winner will receive $250, a Shure SM57 microphone and potentially have their version of the song made into a music video. 10 licensed tracks, as chosen by the Judges from all of the submissions, will be added to the Indaba Music Licensing Catalog. All proceeds made from the cover song will be donated to Cyndi Lauper's charity, True Colors.

The newly recorded vocal stems recorded by Sydney Wayser, Emily Greene, and duo Lucius for this remix contest can be downloaded from the remix contest page. To enter you need to be a registered member of Indaba Music. A free member gets to enter 3 locked opportunities per year for free unless they purchase a Pro membership on Indaba allowing them to enter unlimited opportunities.

Open only to US Residents and aged over 18 years old. Participants cannot have any commercial music releases. Remix must be 10 minutes or less in length.

Must be a registed FiXT Remix artist (free). Mixes that are out of key, out of timing (in a non-musical sense) or have illegal samples will be automatically rejected. You may enter as many mixes as you like during the contest.

1st place will have their remix signed to Per-vurt Records and included in the “Foxy” release with a sales royalty share plus a Radio One’s The Edge featured Guest Mix on The Edge with Live Interview, broadcasted on over 60 radio stations across the globe. Loopmasters: 5 Artist Series DVDs, Mixed In Key and Platinum Notes software, Sugar Bytes: Artillery 2 VST, Synapse Audio: Dune VSTi, Camel Audio soundbank, Soundcloud Lite Premium and mastering. There are also simimlar prizes in this remix contest for 2nd and 3rd.

Remixes under the Progressive House, Progressive Trance, and Techno styles get the most attention. The more 'Likes' your remix receives the higher the chance it wins. When uploading your remix to the group make sure that download is disabled and the track is public.

To enter you have to 'Like' their Facebook page and comment on their poster saying "I'm in". The remix parts can be downloaded from SoundCloud. Completed entries should be uploaded to this SoundCloud group.
